Nice to meet you!

Hey there, I'm Kim, and I know first-hand that building a portrait business and balancing life and family can feel pretty darned hard sometimes, especially when it feels like there is always something or someone needing your attention.

When I was building my studio I struggled with working far too many hours, not making enough money  to support my son and I, and feeling like it was a constant uphill battle just to make a living.

Luckily, I persevered and over the years I learnt simple ways to build and simplify my business.  I implemented good marketing  and easy-to-follow systems that grew my studio so that it supported my son and I - as well as a team of amazing people.

Eventually I created a mid-six figure studio that allowed me to  go from 14-day weeks, to 5-HOUR weeks!  And - that allowed me to build an asset that I could sell.

I now work in my absolute passion which is helping portrait photographers make business feel easy, build 6-figure studios of their own, and do it with more life balance and time for the important stuff.
